1. Booking Policy
1.1 Reservation Process
• Customers can make reservations via phone, email, or through our website.
• A minimum of 7 days notice is required for bookings. Some exceptions for emergencies and last minute requests, subject to availability.
• A quote will be provided via email or txt, which requires the Hirer to accept by clicking the link where an invoice will be generated providing payment details. Once the deposit is received, the booking is secured and a receipt will be sent over, this is confirmation of the booking.
1.2 Payment Terms
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be received 7 days before the delivery date.

1.3 Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a processing fee of $40.
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Delivery and Setup Procedures
2.1 Delivery Schedule
• Deliveries will be scheduled between 8am - 6pm.
• Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery time at least 1 hour in advance.
2.2 Setup Requirements
• The customer must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and free of obstacles.
• A flat, stable surface is required for the placement of the portable bathroom.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for placement.
2.3 Inspection Upon Delivery
• The delivery team will conduct a brief inspection of the portable bathroom with the customer present.
• Any existing damage or issues will be documented and signed off by both parties.
3. Maintenance and Cleaning Procedures
3.1 Regular Maintenance
• Portable bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitised before each rental.
• A maintenance check will be conducted after each rental to ensure the unit is in good condition.
3.2 Emergency Repairs
• Customers should report any issues or damages immediately.
• Emergency repairs will be addressed within a timely manner.
3.3 Cleaning Schedule
• Portable bathrooms will service and deep clean our units after each rental term. During long-term rentals it is the responsibility of the hirer to maintain the space and ensure it is properly cleaned.
4. Usage Guidelines
4.1 User Responsibilities
• Customers must ensure that the portable bathroom is used in accordance with the provided guidelines.
• No hazardous materials or substances should be disposed of in the units.
4.2 Prohibited Uses
• Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited near the portable bathrooms.
• The unit should not be used for any illegal activities.
5. Return and Pickup Procedures
5.1 Pickup Scheduling
• Pickup will be scheduled at the end of the rental period as agreed upon in the contract.
• Customers must ensure that the area around the unit is clear for pickup.
5.2 Condition on Return
• The unit should be returned in good condition, free of excessive waste or damage.
• Any damages incurred during the rental period will be assessed, and additional charges may apply.
