1.1 Submission of Booking Requests
• Customers can submit booking requests through the following methods:
• Online booking form on the Newcastle Portable Bathrooms website.
• Direct email to our booking department.
• Phone call to our customer service team.
1.2 Information Required
• All booking requests must include the following information:
• Desired rental dates and times.
• Delivery location with any specific access instructions.
• Type and number of portable bathrooms needed.
• Contact information for the Hirer.
2.1 Availability Check
• Upon receiving a booking request, our team will verify the availability of the requested units for the specified dates.
2.2 Sending Confirmation
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the customer, detailing:
• Booking reference number.
• Total cost, including deposit amount.
• Payment instructions and deadlines.
3.1 Deposit Payment
• A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made via:
• Credit card.
• Bank transfer.
• PayID.
3.2 Final Payment
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. A reminder will be sent to the Hirer regarding this payment.
4.1 Requesting Changes
• The Hirer must submit any requests for changes to the booking (e.g., date changes, additional units) in writing.
4.2 Confirmation of Changes
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The customer will receive a confirmation of any changes made.
5.1 Cancellation Notification
• If the Hirer needs to cancel the booking, they must provide written notice to Newcastle Portable Bathrooms.
5.2 Cancellation Fees
• Cancellations made after booking confirmation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Further details on cancellation fees will be outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
6.1 Pre-Delivery Communication
• Our team will contact the Hirer a few days before delivery to confirm logistics, including delivery time, site access, and any last-minute adjustments.
6.2 Customer Responsibility
• The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all necessary arrangements for the delivery and setup of the portable bathrooms are in place.
