Return and PickUp Guidelines

1. Scheduling Return

1.1 Return Notification


• Customers should notify Newcastle Portable Bathrooms at least 24 hours in advance of the intended return date and time to facilitate the pickup process.


1.2 Confirmation of Pickup Schedule


• Upon receiving the return notification, Newcastle Portable Bathrooms will confirm the pickup schedule and provide any specific instructions regarding the return process.

2. Preparation for Return

2.1 Cleaning Responsibilities


• Customers are responsible for cleaning the portable bathroom unit prior to return. This includes:


• Emptying and cleaning the waste tank if applicable.


• Wiping down surfaces and ensuring the unit is free of debris and litter.


• Replenishing any necessary supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer).


2.2 Final Inspection


• Customers should conduct a final inspection of the unit to ensure it meets the standards outlined in the cleaning guidelines. This inspection should include:


• Checking for any damages or cleanliness issues.


• Documenting the condition of the unit with photographs if necessary.

3. Return Process

3.1 Customer Presence Required


• The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at the time of pickup to:


• Provide access to the unit.


• Confirm the condition of the unit with the Newcastle Portable Bathrooms team.


3.2 Documentation of Condition


• A pickup checklist will be completed during the return process, covering:


• Condition of the unit.


• Cleanliness and functionality.


• Any included accessories (e.g., keys, hoses, fittings).


• The customer will be asked to sign the checklist to confirm acceptance of the condition upon return.

4. Reporting Issues

4.1 Immediate Reporting of Damage


• If any damage or issues are identified during the return inspection, they must be reported immediately. This documentation will be important for resolving any disputes regarding damage claims.


4.2 Discrepancies in Condition


• Any discrepancies in the condition of the unit, as noted during the return inspection, may result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs.

5. Pickup Confirmation

5.1 Confirmation of Pickup Completion


• Once the unit has been successfully picked up, Newcastle Portable Bathrooms will send a confirmation email to the customer, summarizing the condition of the unit and any actions taken regarding damages or cleaning.


5.2 Final Billing


• If applicable, any additional charges for cleaning or repairs will be communicated in the final billing statement, which will be sent to the customer after pickup.
